Managed IT services in Surrey
We are based on 184 St. Monitoring, help desk, patching, security and Microsoft 365 administration for Surrey businesses, at $100 per workstation and $200 per server a month.
Surrey does not run on the same IT as downtown Vancouver, and it is a mistake to sell it the same contract.
A tower full of consultants has one device per person, everything in Microsoft 365, and a problem that is almost always somebody's laptop. Surrey's business base looks different: distribution and light manufacturing through Port Kells and Campbell Heights, trades and construction offices, clinics and professional services in Guildford and Newton, agriculture out past Cloverdale. The IT that matters is a terminal on a shop floor, Wi-Fi that reaches the back of a warehouse, a link between two yards, and a line-of-business application that stops the whole operation when it stops.
We are at 5087 184 St, which means on-site attendance is a short drive rather than an expedition across the region at four in the afternoon.
What the monthly rate covers
$100 CAD per workstation, $200 CAD per server, per month. No setup fees, no per-ticket charges, no separate security tier, 30-day rolling.
- Endpoints, including the awkward ones. Office laptops and desktops, plus the shared terminals, scanners and ruggedised kit that most per-user contracts price badly.
- Servers and Active Directory. Patching, health monitoring and identity, on premises or in the cloud, including the box in the comms cupboard nobody has logged into since the person who built it left.
- Microsoft 365. Tenant administration, licence hygiene, mail flow and the security baselines most tenants ship without.
- Networks that cover the whole site. Switching, Wi-Fi that reaches past the office partition, VPN and site-to-site links between locations.
- Firewalls and security. Rule review, firmware currency and endpoint protection, inside the rate rather than sold on top.
- Backup and continuity. Off-site backups with restores that get tested and timed, because the number that matters is how many hours until people can work again.
Worth checking on any Surrey quote: whether on-site visits are included or billed per call-out. A contract that is remote-only in a business with a warehouse in it means every physical problem becomes a separate invoice.
Why per-device pricing suits Surrey businesses
Most managed IT is sold per user. In a business where six staff share two terminals across shifts, per-user billing charges you for headcount we do not manage. In a business where everyone carries a laptop and has a desktop, it undercharges and the provider makes it back somewhere less visible.
We count devices, because devices are what gets monitored, patched, secured and backed up. Work out your own number on the pricing page without speaking to anybody.

Common questions
Are you actually based in Surrey?
Yes. Our office is at 5087 184 St in Surrey, which is the practical difference between a provider who lists Surrey as a service area and one who can be at your site without crossing two bridges first. Most work is still done remotely because that is faster, but when something needs hands on hardware we are not coming from downtown.
How much do managed IT services cost in Surrey?
$100 CAD per workstation and $200 CAD per server per month, the same rate everywhere we work. That covers monitoring, unlimited help desk, patching, endpoint security, backups and Microsoft 365 administration, with no setup fee and no per-ticket charge. The full breakdown, including what is deliberately excluded, is on our pricing page.
Do you support warehouses and shop floors, not just offices?
Yes, and they are a large part of why we price per device rather than per user. A distribution business in Port Kells might have forty staff sharing twelve terminals; a professional services firm might have twelve staff with twenty-four devices. Per-user pricing gets the first one badly wrong. Shop-floor terminals, warehouse Wi-Fi coverage, scanners and site-to-site links between yards are ordinary work for us.
Which areas around Surrey do you cover?
Surrey in full, including Cloverdale, Newton, Guildford, Fleetwood, Whalley and South Surrey, plus Langley, Delta, White Rock and Abbotsford. We also work across the rest of Greater Vancouver, described on our Vancouver page.
We already have someone doing our IT. Can you work alongside them?
Commonly, yes. A co-managed arrangement leaves your internal person with the relationships and the business knowledge while we carry monitoring, patching, out-of-hours cover and escalation. It also removes the single point of failure that one internal IT person always represents, which matters more in a business running shift work than in one that empties at five.
If you want to know what is actually running on your network, the free assessment documents it: what is unpatched, what is unmonitored, what is not backed up. You keep that document whether or not you engage us.
